1. To change your account password, go to your control panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/menu and choose Change Password. Enter your old password, then your new password twice. Your password must be between six and eight characters long. NOTE: Using the Change Password option, you can change the password for your account. This affects Control Panel and FTP access, but does not affect the passwords for any e-mail accounts you set up.
2. You can change your billing method via your control panel. Go to your control panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/menu and choose Account Management. Click on the Edit Billing Information option at the bottom of the screen. This will open a screen with your billing information. After changing your information, be sure to click update billing information - if you do not, any changes you have made will not be entered into the database.
3. You can change your personal information via your control panel. Go to your control panel at http://www.yourdomain.com/menu and choose Account Management. Click on the Edit Personal Information option at the bottom of the screen. This will open a screen with your personal information. After changing your information, be sure to click submit - if you do not, any changes you have made will not be entered into the database.
4. You can cancel your account at any time by sending email to sales@terrawebsolutions.com. There are no cancellation fees, and no notice is required. Any fees paid to that point, however, are non-refundable. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy for further information.
